'Russia's aggression cannot go unpunished'

THE Ambassador of Finland to the Philippines Juha Pyykkö said Russia's aggression against Ukraine should 'not be left unpunished' to discourage other nations from doing the same to other countries.

The envoy made the remark on Monday during a roundtable interview with The Manila Times led by its Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Dante 'Klink' Ang 2nd.
