BACOLOD CITY: Authorities have identified persons of interest in the killing of a neophyte policeman and a retiring member of the Bureau of Jail Management and Penology (BJMP) in Bayawan, Negros Oriental, on Saturday, February 18.
Col. Reynaldo Lizardo, provincial police director, said he has ordered the local police, the Regional Mobile Force Battalion 7 (RMFB 7) and the BJMP "to dig deeper into the circumstances surrounding the shooting incident."
