Bulacan vice governor receives award

VICE Gov. Alex Castro of Bulacan was among the recipients of Asia's Modern Hero Awards 2023.

The vice governor was cited with the Heroes' Legislative and Servant Leadership Excellence Award during the ceremony held on Friday, February 17, at The Grand Ballroom, Okada Manila in Parañaque City.
