2 soldiers on rescue mission on plane crash in Albay killed in ambush

TWO soldiers taking part in the rescue operations on the crashed Cessna plane in Camalig, Albay were ambushed by members of the communist terrorist group (CTG), the Philippine Army reported on Tuesday.

The victims were identified as Pvt. John Paul Adalim and Pvt. Mark June Esico, both of the 31st Infantry Battalion.
