MALACAÑANG on Sunday described as "fake news" a memo that it allegedly released and that has been circulating online regarding government officials donating part of their salaries to victims of the earthquake in Turkey.
"This is not true," Presidential Communications Office Secretary Cheloy Garafil said in a text message.
