DA bans cattle from The Netherlands; poultry products from Turkey

The Department of Agriculture (DA) banned the importation of cattle and other related products from The Netherlands where an outbreak of mad cow disease has been reported.

The DA also ordered a temporary ban on chicken and other poultry products from Turkey due to cases of avian influenza.
