San Miguel escapes with 102-99 win vs Ginebra

San Miguel Beer survived a late-game charge by a weary Barangay Ginebra team to escape with a 102-99 victory in the main game of the 2022-23 PBA Governors' Cup on Friday evening, February 17, at the Smart Araneta Coliseum in Quezon City.

After American import Cameron Clark gave the Beermen an 11-point lead off a dunk, Ginebra backup guard Nard Pinto led his team's last-ditch effort by burying back-to-back triples, sparking a 10-2 exchange to close in at 97-100 with 28 ticks left to go.
