Citicore purchases Megawide shares

Citicorp Holdings Investment Corp., parent firm of Megawide Construction Corp., on Wednesday formally subscribed to an approved increase in the latter's authorized capital stock.

Citicorp executed a subscription agreement for at least 25 percent of the capital stock hike equivalent to P9 million, Megawide said in a disclosure on Thursday.
