Santillan lifts import-less Rain or Shine past Terrafirma

Leonard Santillan scored the game-winning layup with just a second to go to lift an import-less Rain or Shine to a pulsating 120-118 victory over Terrafirma in their 2022-23 PBA Governors' Cup match on Thursday at the Smart Araneta Coliseum in Quezon City.

Forced to play without Greg Smith II after failing to secure a letter of clearance from FIBA from the last country he saw action, the Elasto Painters managed to play with their guts out even without a reinforcement.
