PH Navy intercepts oil tanker carrying P50.8M of smuggled diesel

THE Philippine Navy in Southern Luzon intercepted an oil tanker carrying 847,000 liters of undocumented diesel fuel with an estimated market value of P50.8 million off Corregidor Island.

The Naval Forces Southern Luzon (NFSL) reported on Thursday that BRP Lolinato To-Ong (PG902) intercepted the M/T Braleman 1, along with 11 crew members at 6 p.m. on Wednesday 8.8 nautical miles southwest of Corregidor Island.
