The Philippine Coast Guard (PCG) said this on Thursday in reaction to the statement issued by the Chinese Foreign Ministry that its coast guard vessel only used a "hand-held laser speed detector and hand-held greenlight pointer to measure the distance and speed of the Philippine ship and signal directions for navigation safety."
