GLOBE said on Wednesday that it blocked over 400,000 links and websites containing child pornography in 2022, in support of the government's campaign against online sexual abuse and exploitation of children (Osaec).

"Globe stands firmly behind the government's anti-child pornography law and is committed to doing our part in protecting children from the dangers they may face on the internet. We have always been at the forefront of the fight against online sexual abuse and exploitation of children, and we will continue to take strong measures to restrict access to illegal sites," Globe Chief Information Security Officer Anton Bonifacio said.
