THREE people were shot dead while another is in critical condition after a man went on a shooting rampage but was later arrested by responding lawmen Wednesday night in Caloocan City.
In a report to BGen. Rogelio Ponce Penones, Northern Police District (NPD) director, Col. Ruben Lacuesta, the city's police chief, identified the slain victims as Lourna Orbe, 72; Angelica Orbe, 39; and Mary Jane Abary, 48. Christian Orbe, 38, is undergoing treatment at the Caloocan City Medical Center.
