AIT professor lectures on probiotics at MMSU

A PROFESSOR from the Asian Institute of Technology (AIT) in Thailand introduced current trends in probiotics research during the recent three-day Indigenous Food Plants (IFP) Forum at the Mariano Marcos State University (MMSU) in Ilocos Norte.

MMSU President Shirley Agrupis said Dr. Anil Anal who is also an expert on probiotics and food innovation was invited by the university to be its research supervisor.
