SMB keep NorthPort winless behind franchise-record 46 assists

San Miguel Beer drew big numbers from import Cameron Clark, June Mar Fajardo and CJ Perez as the Beermen outlasted NorthPort, 145-132 in a high-scoring game in the 2022-23 PBA Governors' Cup Wednesday evening at Mall of Asia Arena in Pasay City.

The Batang Pier closed in at 125-130 on a three-pointer by Arvin Tolentino, but the Beermen countered with a lethal 15-7 windup to chalk up their sixth win in seven starts.
