CAGAYAN de Oro City Second District Rep. Rufus Rodriguez is hopeful that Mindanao's power rates will go down with the completion by the National Grid Corp. of the Philippines (NGCP) of the transmission link between Visayas and Mindanao next month.
Rodriguez commended NGCP Chairman Henry Sy Jr. and President Anthony Almeda for this accomplishment.
