DURING last week's House of Representative hearings on the issues hounding the Land Transportation Office (LTO), the agency's director Assistant Secretary Jay Art Tugade said they are aiming for the full utilization of their digital portal by August of this year.
This means that all LTO customers will finally experience the ease of service the digital process offers when they conduct business with the government road agency.
