AYALA-LED Globe Telecom Inc. on Monday said it had closed the sale of 578 towers to Phil-Tower Consortium Inc. (PhilTower) for P8.6 billion.
The deal — part of a P20-billion, 1,350-tower agreement inked by the two firms last September — was completed last Saturday, Globe said in a disclosure.
