One dead in cockpit arena shooting

PILAR, Bataan: A man was shot dead inside a cockpit arena in Barangay Alauli here at the height of cockfighting activities on Saturday afternoon.

Bataan police director Col. Romell Velasco identified the fatality as Nards Morales, 52, of Barangay Cupang Proper in Balanga City, who sustained a bullet wound on the head.
