Iriga City celebrates Tinagba Festival

IRIGA CITY: The local government and residents of Iriga City have celebrated the Tinagba Festival for the first time in three years.

The Tinagba Festival of Iriga in Camarines Sur is a festival of gratitude for the plentiful harvests, according to Iriga City Mayor Rex Oliva.
