RESOURCE persons who were subjected to intimidation and harassment during Senate blue ribbon committee hearings can bring their grievances to court, a political analyst said.
Lawyer Edward Chico said the blue ribbon committee could have abused its authority during its inquiry into the alleged corruption in the military, the Pharmally Pharmaceutical Corp.'s contract for the supply of Covid-19 protective equipment last year, and, more recently, the controversial sugar importation.
