Lualhati Bautista, the award-winning Filipino novelist behind Dekada '70, GAPO and Bata, Bata...Pa'no Ka Ginawa passed away peacefully on Sunday morning. She was 77 years old.
One of her grandchildren, Xyril Salazar, confirmed the news in a Facebook post, adding that details on public viewing will be posted as soon as possible.
