LPA spotted off Mindanao

A low pressure area (LPA) embedded in the Inter-tropical Convergence Zone (ITCZ) is affecting some areas in Visayas and Mindanao but it is unlikely to escalate into a tropical depression, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said.
