Army to review recruitment, training system following shootout

The Philippine Army will review its recruitment and training process following the shooting incident in Cagayan de Oro that left five soldiers dead.

PA spokesperson Xerxes Trinidad said in a radio interview that a Board of Inquiry (BOI) has been formed to probe the incident.
