THE Philippine Red Cross (PRC) Chairman and CEO Richard Gordon immediately instructed a full-blown relief and recovery intervention after a magnitude 6.0 earthquake struck the provinces of Eastern Mindanao on February 1.
The earthquake affected over 340 individuals, particularly in the municipalities of Montevista and New Bataan in Davao De Oro.
