He explained that the Philippines started as an agricultural country. However, with the recent urbanization, people tend to move into commercial banks, in which he pointed out that the connectivity in IP areas "is very important because [of] all of these new technologies that we have, they can improve their [agricultural] productivity."
"The government needs to help the farmers," he asserted, because "funding is very important to them," he added.
