SP New Energy board okays deals

SP New Energy Corp. oon Friday reported that its board of directors had approved several memorandums of agreement (MoAs) with Prime Infrastructure Inc. (Prime Infra).

This is in connection with a share swap with parent company Solar Philippines Power Project Holdings Inc. (Solar Philippines).
