Panaad Festival returns to Negros in April

BACOLOD CITY: The much-awaited return of Panaad sa Negros Festival will finally be realized on April 17 to 23, Rayfrando Diaz, provincial administrator of Negros Occidental, announced on Tuesday.

The festival dubbed as the 'mother of all festivals in Negros' was suspended for three years because of the Covid-19 pandemic.
