THE inter-agency contingent deployed by the Philippine government to earthquake-ravaged Turkey will start their mission today, Friday, in the southeastern city of Adiyaman, the Office of Civil Defense (OCD) reported.
The team arrived safely at Istanbul on Thursday at 11:59 a.m. (Manila time) and left Adana Airport on Friday at 3:35 a.m. (Manila time) for Adiyaman.
