(UPDATE) AN organization of farmers on Thursday warned of another food crisis, this time involving garlic, if the Department of Agriculture (DA) fails to increase dwindling production.
In an interview with The Manila Times, Philippine Chamber of Agriculture and Food Inc. (PCAFI) President Danilo Fausto said that the country imports 93 percent of its garlic requirements.
