Marcos appoints intelligence officer as new Customs chief

PRESIDENT Ferdinand 'Bongbong' Marcos Jr. has appointed Bienvenido Rubio as the new head of the Bureau of Customs (BoC), Malacañang announced Friday.

Rubio, whose appointment paper was signed by the President on February 8, replaced Yogi Filemon Ruiz, who was named as acting BoC commissioner in July last year.
