MEMBERS of the Tarlac State University (TSU) Board of Regents (BoR) posed a challenge to the administration of Dr. Arnold Velasco whose presidency in the university remains on the infancy stage to continue making an impact within the community.
During a four-day strategic planning workshop at Acuatico Beach Resort in San Juan, Batangas, National Economic Development Authority Regional Office 3 (Central Luzon) OIC and director Evelyn Castro, a regent, told the TSU administrative council to lead the university in a "witty way."
