Northeast monsoon to bring cool weather

MOST areas in Luzon will enjoy cool weather because of a stronger northeast monsoon, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration said Wednesday.

Forecaster Obet Badrina said that cool winds are being enhanced by the northeast monsoon, bringing overcast skies and rain in Bicol Region, Cagayan Valley, Cordillera Administrative Region, Ilocos Norte, Quezon and Aurora.
