LEADERSHIP is the ability of an individual or a group of individuals to influence and guide their subordinates in the organization.

The theocratic leadership style framework being employed by the hierarchy of leaders in the global Church Of Christ is strongly believed that God Himself leads this Church, its leaders are placed by God and the leaders function according to the Will of God.
