THE United Nations and its partners, including innovators in the private sector, marked Safer Internet Day on Tuesday by forging a digital path toward bolstering online safety.

One of the world body's agencies, the UN Children's Fund (Unicef), teamed up with a Belarusian communications company to launch the #InternetWithoutBullying initiative. It aims to raise awareness on safe online behaviors among children and young people, and equip them with the right tools to identify, cope with and respond to bullying.
