Ooops... Marcos introduces wife as 'First Lady Imelda' in pre-departure speech

PRESIDENT Ferdinand 'Bongbong' Marcos Jr. had a slip of the tongue on Wednesday, calling his wife, Marie Louise 'Liza' Araneta-Marcos as 'First Lady Imelda'.

The Chief Executive's slip-up happened while delivering his pre-departure speech at the Villamor Air Base in Pasay City, as he was acknowledging the presence of key government officials present at his send-off for his five-day official visit to Japan.
