PCG saves ship captain who suffered from stroke

THE Philippine Coast Guard (PCG) was quick to respond to a shipboard medical emergency in Surigao City resulting in a successful medical evacuation of a ship captain.

The captain was identified as Virgelio Palado, 59, a resident of Bulacan.
