LEGAZPI CITY: The Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) handed over food packs and financial assistance to more than 2,000 families on Sunday, February 5, to residents of Rapu-Rapu Island.
Norman Laurio, DSWD Bicol regional director, along with his staff, personally handed the financial assistance and food packs to 2,233 beneficiaries from the villages of Lagundi, Sagrada, Bilbao, Caracaran, San Ramon, Liguan, Calanaga Bogtong and Dapdap in the island town of Rapu-Rapu.
