AN official of Barangay España, San Fernando, Romblon on Monday said that the human barricade of residents will continue despite the suspension order issued by the Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR) Mimaropa Regional Office against Altai Philippines Mining Company (APMC).
In a radio interview, Barangay España Councilor Jhay Romero said that residents will continue barricading as the ship, barge and trucks of APMC remain in the area.
