Manila Water: DENR should accept SC order

MANILA Water Co. on Monday said it would abide by a Supreme Court decision that settled fines imposed against the firm and the Manila Waterworks and Sewerage System (MWSS) for violating the Clean Water Act.

In a disclosure filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), Manila Water said it was jointly and severally liable with the MWSS for a total amount of P921,464.184.
