THE city councils of Quezon, Caloocan, Malabon, Navotas and Valenzuela will pass ordinances on the adoption of the Single Ticketing System earlier approved by the Metro Manila Council.
The Metropolitan Manila Development Authority said local government units in Metro Manila need to pass ordinances to fully implement the new traffic scheme.
