E-commerce firm receives three-star Lazada Partner certification

E-COMMERCE enabler Etaily earned three-star certifications from the Lazada Partners Program for all quarters of the past year.

In a statement, etaily said the Qualified 3-Star Certified Lazada Partners is a rating above the set Lazada Partners Assessment Metrics, which evaluates factors including ship-on-time, return rate, ancellation rate, same-day chat response rate, seller rating, availability to purchase, campaign join rate, and participation in special projects.

Etaily said the recognition demonstrated its excellenct in-store management, operations, and order fulfillment services.

'With Lazada's mega campaigns of 11.11 and 12.12, paired with the holiday sales, the last quarter of 2022 is the busiest time for all e-commerce players,' Etaily said.
