Church urges Marcos: Allow ICC probe on PH drug war

THE Catholic Bishops Conference of the Philippines (CBCP) has joined the call urging President Ferdinand 'Bongbong' Marcos Jr. to allow the resumption of the inquiry of the International Criminal Court (ICC) on the drug war of the previous Duterte administration, which allegedly killed thousands of people.

Fr. Antonio Labiao Jr., Caritas executive secretary, said such an investigation 'will allow the due process to run its course and ensure justice and truth will prevail.'
