ENTREPRENEURSHIP advocate Jose Maria "Joey" Concepcion 3rd on Thursday backed the decision of President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. to not extend the state of public health emergency in the country.
Concepcion said there is no need for the Philippines to remain in a state of public health emergency because all over the world economies have returned to normalcy.
