THE Movie and Television Review and Classification Board (MTRCB) said on Thursday that none of the three companies summoned for their unauthorized release of promotional materials for the movie "Mang Kanor" had confirmed their appearance before the agency
"As of February 2, we have not received any official confirmation of attendance from the three companies in response to the notices to appear issued by the MTRCB," the agency told the Times when sought for an update.
