Magnitude 6.0 quake jolts Davao de Oro

(UPDATE) A magnitude 6.0 earthquake took place in Davao de Oro early Wednesday night, according to the Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology (Phivolcs).

The tremor occurred around 6:44 p.m. some 12 kilometers northeast of New Bataan, also in the province.
