THE European Union has set up €10 million funding for the National Copernicus Capacity Support Action Program for the Philippines (CopPhil) for better disaster risk management, climate adaptation, and atmosphere monitoring.
The Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) on Twitter said Chargé d'Affaires Pablito Mendoza of the Philippine Mission to the EU witnessed the signing of the contribution agreement between the European Commission and the European Space Agency (ESA).
