Azurin leads 5-man review body to start PNP 'cleansing'

INTERIOR and Local Government Secretary Benjamin "Benhur" Abalos Jr. bared on Wednesday the members of the advisory group that will conduct the initial review of the courtesy resignations submitted by third-level Philippine National Police (PNP) officers.

Abalos said those will make up the 5-man committee are Baguio City Mayor Benjamin Magalong, PNP chief Police General Rodolfo Azurin Jr., former Defense chief Gilbert Teodoro, and retired major general Isagani Neres who is currently undersecretary at the Office of the Presidential Adviser on Military Affairs .
