Rez Cortez and the cast of ‘Mang Kanor’
The Movie and Television Review and Classification Board (MTRCB), in the exercise of its mandate under Section 7, Presidential Decree No. 1986 (PD No. 1986), on Monday issued Notices to Appear on to three entities concerning the exhibition of the motion picture "Mang Kanor," and its related publicity materials.
