THE Philippine Ports Authority (PPA) has created the Palompon port services to provide cargo handling services at the Port of Palompon in Leyte.
PPA General Manager Jay Daniel Santiago issued PPA Memorandum Order 01-2023 for the creation of PPA Palompon port services to manage, operate, develop and maintain the cargo handling services at the Port of Palompon.
